THE INTELLIGENT ATHLETE METHOD
Strategies to win in sport & life

What: The athlete goes through the signature mindset program with Jason as they set out to develop the tools to get the best from themself and not let their mindset hold them back from their potential.

 

Who: Athletes age ten and up and those athletes committed to doing the work to accomplish progress.

 

Format:

  • 24 - Live 1-on-1 coaching sessions over 1 year via Zoom & live. 

  • unlimited follow-up coaching check-ins throughout the year.

  • Unlimited email, phone, and text support between sessions can be utilized as race day pep talks.

  • The athlete can access Jason and the group component for one year.

 

Program Investment: $2,250

Method Transformations:

  • Build mental strength & resiliency

  • Learn to optimize goal setting

  • Increase confidence

  • Overcome adversity

  • Create daily habits & systems for success

  • Control nerves & anxiety

  • Develop greater focus/concentration to avoid injuries and optimize speed

  • Improve relationships & communication

  • Optimize high-level nutrition & recovery habits

There are no fees for missing sessions. we will make it up when available.

HYBRID GROUP & 1 ON 1  Coaching

What: The athlete goes through the signature mindset program with Jason and a group of their peers as they set out to develop the tools to get the best from themself and not let their mindset hold them back from their potential.

 

Who: Athletes age ten and up and those athletes committed to doing the work to accomplish progress.

 

Format:

  • 10 - Live 1-on-1 coaching sessions over 10 weeks via Zoom

  • 10 x 1-on-1 follow-up coaching check-ins throughout the year.

  • 24 group sessions (minimum of 2 per month)

  • Unlimited email, phone, and text support between sessions; can be utilized as race day pep talks.

  • The athlete can access Jason and the group component for one year.

 

Program Investment: $1,750
